What parts of Southwest Florida do you currently service?We currently service North Fort Myers & Cape Coral, FL! For those outside of Cape Coral, we're happy to provide a quote to service your home, but note that it will include a small travel fee.

What happens if I need to cancel my annual subscription early?A pro-rated refund will be generated and returned to the customer minus a 10% early termination fee.

If I subscribe to the seasonal monthly plan, can I add additional services if needed and if so, is there additional cost to do so?Yes, you are able to add a one-time service at any point throughout the year. If you are already a subscriber, you will receive this service at your existing discounted rate, otherwise it will be billed at the one-time service rate. Additionally, we can customize the seasonal plan to your needs if desired, please call into our office to adjust your service schedule.

How do I book services with Covenant Lawn Care?The first step is to fill out the 'Request a Quote' form on our website. Once you submit this information, one of our reps will review your submission and reach out to you via email with a quote. If you have questions, feel free to respond via email or call in to our offices, we're happy to answer any questions that you may have. Once you have signed the work agreement, your home will be placed on our calendar and prior to this initial service you will receive your first invoice. - If you have selected a one-time service, you will receive a single invoice directly to your email where you can pay with a method of your choice. - If you have selected a monthly service, you will receive an invoice one time each month and will also have the option to sign up for autopay. - If you have selected an annual service, you will receive one invoice for the entire year prior to your first service.

What if I need to change my monthly subscription service?Monthly Service plan changes will take affect at the beginning of the next month prior to receiving your next invoice. Intra-month service request changes will be evaluated based on our current book of work. There is no guarantee these changes can be granted, but we will always attempt to accommodate our customers as best we can!

How should I prepare my yard before each service?Please ensure your yard is free from toys, debris, or any other items that could obstruct the mowing process. Below is a copy of our Digital Welcome Kit which you will receive prior to your first service.
